Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3

Associate Project Manager Level 4

Operational / Departmental Manager Level 5
The Operations or Department Manager Apprenticeship is suitable for those who manage teams and/or projects. Women in Leadership Level 5
The Women in Leadership Programme is an 18-month course that gives females in your organisation the skills needed to develop their leadership style and thrive in male-dominated environments. It includes workshops, assessments, coaching, guest speakers, and mentoring by experienced senior leaders.
